Lost Falls Arrives in Paperback from Dark Horse Books in 2023

Writer Curt Pires (Youth, Lost Falls, Memoria) pens his fourth Comixology Originals comic book series New America, an action-packed political thriller. Created by Pires (Youth, Wyrd) and artist Luca Casalanguida (James Bond, Scout’s Honor) with colors by Mark Dale and letters by Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou, New America is told in three oversized issues. New America #1 debuts on August 23, 2022, from Amazon’s Comixology Originals exclusive digital content line.

New America follows the trials and tribulations both personal and political of the people leading and living in the newly emergent territory as they strive for a utopia while questioning if the new way is the better way as protests and violence continue.

Pires’ previous Comixology Originals works include YOUTH Volumes 1 and 2, now available in paperback from Dark Horse Books, Lost Falls, and Memoria. YOUTH is currently in development at Amazon Studios as an original series with executive producer Patrick Moran.

Lost Falls, collecting issues #1-4 of the socially minded mystery thriller by Pires with art by Antonio Fuso and Pierluigi Minotti, colors by Lee Loughridge, and letters by Micah Myers, will arrive in paperback from Dark Horse Books, on April 18, 2023 [978-1-506730950], marking the first time that the book will be available in print for customers in comic shops, bookstores, and libraries.
