QUICK REVIEW: 'Justice Warriors' grows increasingly more fascinating with every issue. It began as this absurd satire skewering police brutality, governmental neglect, class systems, activism, corruption cover-ups, and the list goes on. The more outlandish the parody the greater the point. With issue three, Matt Bors and Ben Clarkson continue to escalate the plight of those in the Uz with the riot police taking more lethal steps as they push back. It's gotten much darker and while still bonkers, there's a mean streak that is haunting. A society and law enforcement out of control, one seeks justice and one seeks punishment.

The best satire puts a mirror up to society and exposes the preposterous hypocrisies and shortcomings we have but is told with humor. 'Justice Warriors' does that with great skill but Matt Bors and Ben Clarkson realize there's a darkness within society that can't be softened or lightened enough to make it palatable. They have chosen to show the worst instincts of people in power with a grin and a shotgun.

'Justice Warriors' should make you think, laugh, wince, roll your eyes, raise your eyebrows, but overall, entertain you.
