★★★★1/2 (4.5/5)

QUICK REVIEW: 'You've Been Cancelled' #3 by Curt Pires, Kevin Castaniero, and Jason Wordie has been one of the best comics this year for its creative satirical action-laden adventure that continues to evolve with every issue. What started as a fun and gruesome 'Running Man'-style competition using bounty hunters and social media has grown into a sober conspiracy thriller with pathos and cleverness. It's still full of firepower as far as action goes but the emergence of a hacker, her reasons for revenge, and new details about the corporation behind 'Cancelled' has raised the stakes in exciting ways for the veteran bounty hunter Endo, who has a billion dollar target on his back. Castaniero and Wordie continue to do amazing idiosyncratic art that's inventive and brightly colored. This is going to make a very popular trade to gift people who love comics or want something fun and not from the Big Two publishers. 'You've Been Cancelled' keeps batting a thousand with issue three and should be on your pull list.
