QUICK REVIEW: In its most action-packed issue yet, "The August Kingdom" thrusts Sommer and Winter into their toughest challenge as they face an unrelenting warrior from start to finish. Their desperate search for their abducted parents continues, and they find themselves either one step closer to locating them or plunging deeper into danger. Cullen Bunn delivers a fast-paced narrative that constantly surprises the sisters, who valiantly fight back with the enchanted sword at their disposal. 

This issue follows a straightforward plot but is enhanced by the stunning imagery created by Chris Mitten and the rich colors of Francesco Segala. Readers are swept away by the pulse-pounding confrontations and a mighty cliffhanger.

"The Autumn Kingdom" continues to shine with intrigue, action, and brilliant artwork.
